30 day money back guarantee

Programs sold by Carolena Carstens, trading as The Internal Method, come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This applies to the two week intensive and to the first month of private one to one coaching.

How to request a refund

Email carolenajean@gmail.com with the email address and name you used at checkout, and Carolena will issue the refund through Square, our payment processor.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Monthly coaching

Private one to one coaching is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time by email, and access continues to the end of the month you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges.

Questions first

If something is not working for you, email Carolena before asking for a refund. Often the program can be adjusted to fit your schedule or your athlete. Either way, the 30 day guarantee stands.
