Private, one fighter at a time

Fighter'scorner

This is for a single combat athlete who wants me in their corner. Not a course, not a group. One fighter, one month at a time, built around your camp, your opponent and your fight night.

$997

Per month, one fighter

What you get every month

  • Fighter assessment: a deep 20 question breakdown of how your mind behaves in camp, in the ring and after a loss
  • Four private 1:1 sessions of 45 minutes
  • Direct messaging access to me between sessions, camp days included
  • Fight week support: pre fight routine, walkout plan and a between rounds reset
  • Film review of your fights or hard sparring, looking at decisions and composure, not technique
  • A written Fight Mental Plan you keep, updated every month
  • A post fight debrief after every competition, win or loss

Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. Card details are entered in their secure window, never stored on this site.

This is built for

  • Taekwondo, karate, judo and other martial arts competitors
  • Boxers in camp or between fights
  • MMA and grappling athletes
  • Fighters coming back from a loss, a stoppage or an injury
  • Athletes who look sharp in the gym and different under the lights

How it runs

  1. 01You pay for the first month and get the assessment the same day.
  2. 02We book your first session within a week and go through your answers line by line.
  3. 03You leave session one with a written Fight Mental Plan for your current camp.
  4. 04We meet weekly, and I am reachable in between. Fight week we talk more.
  5. 05Every month continues or stops, your call. No contract.

Why it is limited

I only take a small number of private fighters at a time because fight week support means being reachable. If the month is full I will tell you straight and give you the next start date.

The fighter assessment

Your first session starts here. These 20 questions are the ones that expose what actually breaks under pressure. Most fighters have never been asked them.

Fight identity

  • Who are you in the ring when everything is going your way, and who shows up when it is not?
  • What do you want an opponent to feel in round one after facing you?
  • What part of your game do you hide because you do not trust it yet?

Pressure and fear

  • Describe the last time fear showed up before a fight. Where did you feel it in your body?
  • What are you actually afraid of: losing, getting hurt, or being seen losing?
  • What goes through your head walking out to the ring, word for word?
  • When you get hit hard and clean, what happens in your mind in the next three seconds?

Competition patterns

  • In your last three fights, what was the exact moment the fight turned?
  • Do you fight better when behind or ahead, and why do you think that is?
  • When your corner talks between rounds, how much do you actually hear?
  • What do you do when the referee, the judges or the crowd feel like they are against you?

Training and discipline

  • What does a bad training day look like, and what do you do with it?
  • Where do you cheat yourself when nobody is watching?
  • How do you handle training with someone who is clearly better than you right now?
  • What injury or camp are you still carrying mentally, even if the body healed?

Life outside the fight

  • Who in your life adds pressure, and who takes pressure off?
  • How do you sleep and eat in the week before a fight, honestly?
  • What do you do with the two or three days after a loss?

Direction

  • Twelve months from now, what result would make you say the work was worth it?
  • If I am in your corner, what do you need me to be hard on you about?
